This website is intended to present our used-vehicle offering and to allow visitors to send a non-binding inquiry about a vehicle (for example, to request information, book a test drive or make an appointment). No sales are concluded through this website. This website is therefore not a webshop: vehicles cannot be purchased or paid for online.

Vehicle descriptions, technical specifications, photographs, mileage and prices published on this website are prepared in good faith and with reasonable care, but are indicative only. They may contain errors, are subject to change without prior notice, and are always subject to the vehicle having already been sold. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer by us. A sale is only concluded through a separate written sales agreement, signed at our showroom.

4.Inquiries and reservations

Submitting an inquiry through this website (for example, via the contact form) does not reserve a vehicle and creates no obligation whatsoever on our part, nor any right on the part of the visitor. A vehicle is only reserved once we expressly confirm this, for example by email or telephone.

5.Prices

Prices shown on this website are expressed in euro. Unless stated otherwise, they are indicative and may change, for instance depending on the vehicle's actual condition on inspection or on market developments. The precise tax treatment (for example, VAT arrangements or registration costs) is only confirmed when the sale is finalised.

6.Automated and AI-assisted content (AI Act transparency)

In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "EU AI Act"), we inform you that certain content on this website is produced or modified by automated (including artificial-intelligence) means:

• the decorative image on our homepage may be computer-generated, and is not a photograph of our physical premises or stock;
• vehicle photographs may have their background replaced through an automated tool, and individual photographs may have been created or modified using artificial intelligence. Every photograph created or modified in that way carries a label in the photo gallery of the vehicle concerned. If you would like to see the unedited photograph of a particular vehicle, ask us;
• text about our vehicles may be produced in one language by us and translated into the other public languages of this website by machine translation;
• vehicle specifications may be pre-filled from a VIN look-up service and confirmed by us before publishing.
